Our approach

In a structured approach, we develop and assess solution options to questions and issues, and support your decision making process.

The reflection and coaching takes place via regular phone calls of approx. 1-2 hours, during a personal meeting or as needed.

You are in a new leadership position and know that you have about three months to get on top of the job and move forward. Together we determine goals, contents and focus areas for your first 100 days of your new managerial responsibility. In addition to this, we moderate a New Leader Integration Workshop with your direct reports and help accelerate your transition and creating a high performance team.
